Reviewing several other proposals, the client and LeviRio selected Thermal Creek. Thermal Creek designed and installed the geothermal system that will provide year-round heating & cooling with a combination of forced air and radiant in-floor.
The building code in Red Deer is very strict on mechanical room layout. Their rule is that every piece of equipment has to be able to be removed from the mechanical room without having to move any other piece of equipment.
While the rule sounds cumbersome, it actually made the entire project team think really hard about the layout of the room. As a result, the room looked and operated absolutely great once it was all done.
