This 1950’s built inner-city 2,000 sqft bungalow was in need of a heating system upgrade. The homeowner’s ultimate goal was to completely eliminate the use of Natural Gas and implement environmentally friendly features. Geothermal was the most obvious choice.
Our first retrofit back in 2008. The drilling in the backyard was messy, but in the end the system works really well all these years and still to this day.
