This multi family building has 4 Condo suites which are 100% heated by our Nordic geothermal heat pumps. Distribution throughout the building consists of in-floor radiant heating on the main level and Unico High Velocity forced air heating and cooling on main, 2nd and 3rd level.
Peter Mauro was certainly ahead of his time when he build this Quattro building. Fully ICF foundation, many other technologies, and a geothermal field installed right underneath the building. It is visionaries like him that bring change to an industry.
